Sale Contract: Terms and Conditions
a) When you place an order for any product (in this agreement 'resources') by submitting a completed order form on the website your contract with us will commence when we, NHC Holdings Limited, confirm acceptance of your order by automatic email ('Contract'). We agree, through our agents, that we will supply the resources listed on the said order.
b) These Terms and Conditions shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions.
c) Variations to these Terms and Conditions may from time to time be published on the website. All variations are binding.

Ordering
In submitting an order you acknowledge that: a) Images may vary from those displayed on the website because of monitor and printer capabilities. b) NHC Holdings Limited may make any changes to the specification of the resources to conform to any statutory or European requirements.

Delivery Information
We will endeavour to dispatch in a maximum time of 7 working days. Orders will be dispatched by overnight courier. Please note: Multiple items may be ordered at the same time but may arrive in separate packages.

Colour Reproduction
In illustrating the collateral and other items on offer in the NHC Holdings Limited printshop we make every effort to reproduce details and colours as accurately as we can. Slight variations in colour and style may occur due to broadcasting limitations.

Product Description
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However NHC Holdings Limited does not warrant that descriptions of collateral or other content of this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Your sole remedy, should resources be other than described on the website, is to return the resources in an unused state.

Pricing Policy
a) The price of the resources shall be the price as quoted on the website, excluding VAT where applicable, on the date the order was placed, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors (whether technical or otherwise) by NHC Holdings Limited.
b) Any applicable Value Added Tax, indicated on the Shopping Basket page which you shall be liable to pay to NHC Holdings Limited. If for any reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned within 14 days and a full refund will be given.

Credit Cards
a) Credit and debit cards accepted by NHC Holdings Limited are listed on the website.
b) All payments by credit or debit cards will be taken prior to dispatch of the resources (where a charge is attached). Any fraudulent use of credit or debit cards will be notified to the authorities along with any identification details that were supplied with the order.

Self Gen Products
NHC Holdings Limited printshop aims to provide you with a fast, high quality service, so any products you order are immediately sent for production (unless indicated as on back-order). Please double check your order on screen and your confirmation email carefully to check that all the details are correct. We cannot refund items where the personalisation has been misspelt due to an error made by you. If we prepare the goods in accordance with your specifications or instructions you must ensure that they will not result in the infringement of any intellectual property rights of a third party, or in the breach of any applicable law or regulation, including the Data Protection Act. You can only make changes to your order whilst its status (in your order history) shows as order received. If you are uploading a photo, images must be in JPEG format. Any other format such as Microsoft Word or PDF's cannot be accepted.

For best results, we advise you make the image dimensions approximately 1000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos. We print images at 300 ppi, so if you are scanning the image we recommend you use this setting. Prior to printing, all self gen material will require approval by NHC Holdings Limited to ensure images used are of the required quality and text is deemed proper and corporate. If you try to upload an image that has a lower resolution or image size we will accept it. However, an onscreen warning will appear to let you know that the print will be delayed until an image is used of the stated quality.

Right of Cancellation
If any exchange or refund is required, please return the item(s) to:

Please ensure that you enclose the copy of your Despatch Note within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery and clearly marked for the Customer Services Department. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels when returning goods and reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them. To cancel your order please notify us by e-mail us at Printshop@niagarahealthcare.co.uk, quoting your order ID.

Availability
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are always in supply, occasionally some items may be out of stock. In these circumstances monies will be banked upon receipt of order and we will place any out of stock items on 'back order' and forward them as soon as they become available.

Withdrawal of Resources
NHC Holdings Limited may withdraw the sale or distribution of any resources produced without prior notice, or liability, to you.

Access to the Website
NHC Holdings Limited grants you the right to use this website for your use but not to download or modify it or any part of it except with our prior written consent. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use or derivative use of the website or its contents. No part of the site may be used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of NHC Holdings Limited or through participation in an affiliate scheme authorised by NHC Holdings Limited.

Disclaimer and Liability
a) The information, services, products and materials contained in this site, including, without limitation, text, graphics and links, are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law. MPD Offset Limited and NHC Holdings Limited, disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to such information, services, products, and materials, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. In addition MPD Offset Limited and NHC Holdings Limited, does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
b) NHC Holdings Limited will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website including but not limited to damages for consequential loss.
c) These exclusions of liability will not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of NHC Holdings Limited or any of its employees or agents.

Applicable Law
The Contract and these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
